Review on 🍵 Stariver Gooseneck Electric Kettle – 1L Water Boiler & Pour Over Tea Pot with Fast Heating, Stainless Steel for Coffee & Tea, Auto-Shut Off, Boil-Dry Protection Technology by Melissa Thompson

I've only had this a few weeks but I really like it so far. Heats a cup of water in less than 2 minutes. I added an instant read thermometer as they say the water temp for coffee should be 195-205F. I had to drill one of the vent holes in the lid slightly larger to accommodate the thermometer. Many gooseneck kettles have a thermometer in the lid, but very few kettles have this feature. The price was good. There are a million different models. It's not clear which one to buy, but I chose this one based on the price and the mostly positive reviews.
