1 tablespoon of pearls = 4 cups of water.
They were so easy to use and soaked up water quickly! I wasn't sure about the ratio so I just put a tablespoon of pearls in a cup and waited. After 10 minutes I needed a glass pint and after another half hour I poured them into an 8 cup measuring cup. You will need 1 tablespoon of pearls. about 4 glasses of water. Talk about hitting the buck!
