In my younger years, a size 6 or 8 would fit. But my body has decided it wants to be round in the the belly area. So in my thigh area, I fit very well in a size 10. However, my waistline is a size 12. I had these shorts in size 8 from before and I absolutely love the fit and the 4-way stretch material and how they performed! Due to my body structure, I thought maybe a 14 would fit better. It slipped right on, no problem.just the thought in my mind if I was in the ocean and a very strong current flowed by, my shorts would probably go bye-bye with the currents.This is my only dilemma with not knowing or having clothes that would fit my body type.I loved these shorts in my younger days that I even hung onto them believing I would one day return to that youthful figure. ***sigh***
