They are so helpful with any questions I have related our software! It is very easy when they need help or want an update as well because of their team's expertise in this field makes it possible!! We use them every year at least once during new patient onboarding process which helps us understand how we can make changes within Epic better if needed with no extra cost but just simple recommendations from my providers who work there. Great customer service also - always available whenever i am having difficulties understanding something about EPIC through email (which rarely happens) I like how they are very professional in their work with us as well our staff members! They have been great working together so far!! Nothing yet but we will be getting started soon. We love them already. !
