Initially I really liked the product because it had a handy heat press base (not sure what that actually means). The front panel didn't feel very solid, but I overlooked that as I didn't intend to use it every day. I have it in my office and only use it once every two weeks. I hooked it up last week (about 3 months after purchase) and it didn't work. There was no heating, nothing showed on the display. As several other customers have mentioned this was outside of the returns window and manufacturer information is exceptionally difficult to find. Eventually, I ended up on Revain's customer support chat, which helped me get in touch with the manufacturer. I am currently working with the customer service team to return the item. The manufacturer offered to send a spare part, but in general this is just inconvenient for me for several reasons. Ultimately, it looks like if I pay Amazon a restocking fee and we move on, the issue will be resolved. I realize this is a product review, but wanted to include a returns process for people in a similar situation.
