Bought this razor for my husband in December. The shaving head broke a few weeks ago. I contacted them and they emailed the required documents along with a prepaid shipping label. I filled it out and sent it back, they called me right away, they said that the head had no guarantee, only the engine. I had to pay for a new head and was told it broke because my husband had apparently put too much pressure on it while using it. He arrived yesterday and shaved today and still not as effectively as expected. Very disappointed with this product. To top it off this is a replacement for the one our son gave him which also broke the same way.
