Review on Employee Navigator by Eddie Gordon

I like that this program is able to be utilized by any size business or organization without needing multiple different programs for each employee benefit account (e.g., health plan). You can also access all your EAP data from one location instead of having separate applications/websites for Health Care Flexibility Account, 401K Planner, PPO Planner, etc. My only complaint would be some of it looks outdated in terms of graphics; however, overall we haven't really noticed anything negative as far as functionality goes. We are providing our members with more options than they previously had access to. This has helped reduce member turnover due to lack of choice and flexibility at their current employers when choosing between plans. I'm able to track time off in an easy manner which makes it much easier for me to manage my schedule and ensure that I don't forget anything! There are things about this program where there isn't as much customization available (such as holidays, etc) but overall its been great so far! We've used this tool at work before when we had another system and have decided to use it again now since it has more features and options than our previous version.
