I see some blank descriptions saying they operate at around 615MHz, but they operate at around 315MHz, which has been verified with my spectrum analyzer. I installed this in my grandson's $600 electric locomotive so mom or dad could turn off the power if the cute little guy refuses to stop or turns around or doesn't go outside when told to stop. Why do I think he doesn't mind? I've only tested up to 50 feet and it works fine. My second is to signal our mailbox so we know when the postman is coming or if the mailbox is hacked as has happened twice. It works perfectly. I have one left but it works perfectly. Intended for the internal notification of the caregiver. Your imagination is your only limit on usage. Much luck!
