Ease of installation. Wiring - black (-), red - (+), white - device (+).

It is very easy to use and install if you know what you are doing. Make sure you use at least 20 gauge wire. I would use 18th caliber. I've used it to turn a 12v meter on and off and have used it with LED bedside lamps. The usage is endless. My only complaint is that one of the remotes is a little weak, but you have to press hard to turn it on and off. Also, I would rate this product as a 5 star product.

Worth every penny Best remote control systems

I bought this to turn LED warning lights on and off without drilling a hole in my truck. I accidentally bought the 6 amp version instead of the 15 amp version, bought the wiring in the relay, it was easy. I can turn them on and off from my log cabin 50 meters away. Not that I needed it, but the range is impressive. If you need to install something on a vehicle and want to keep your interior, this is definitely the way to go. Also included were batteries in both remotes and another spare…

Very cheaply made, does not work

No problems hooking up this unit, it is very easy although there are no fitting instructions in the kit? First red flag. Then the remotes didn't light up when the buttons were pressed so I carefully disassembled them and the battery and connectors were all corroded. I cleaned it, put in a new battery, nothing happened. When this was hooked up to a lightbar on my truck and all I had to do was toggle the power on and off (red and white) and it would turn on, switching was an issue. I opened the…

Works perfectly. I now have 3 of these and they all work perfectly.

I see some blank descriptions saying they operate at around 615MHz, but they operate at around 315MHz, which has been verified with my spectrum analyzer. I installed this in my grandson's $600 electric locomotive so mom or dad could turn off the power if the cute little guy refuses to stop or turns around or doesn't go outside when told to stop. Why do I think he doesn't mind? I've only tested up to 50 feet and it works fine. My second is to signal our mailbox so we know when the postman is…

Works great for external accessories

Works very well with good range. I wasn't entirely sure as it was very small, very inexpensive and had the odd feature of having 2 smaller ground wires instead of 1 thicker wire, but it does the job well. I installed it in my car under the front seat to run some lights and the range was better than expected and the speed at which the box responded was instantaneous. I was able to turn on the remote from any distance, up to at least 60 feet inside the building. I haven't tried much further than…

Wireless RV Camera Wireless Switch!

I have a 30ft RV with an internal backup camera that I like to use to watch the traffic behind me when driving and a backup camera when reversing. Since this camera is part of my GPS system (Garmin 760 LMT) and plugs directly into a 12 volt source, I wanted to be able to turn the power on and off as needed from the driver's seat while I was out and about. At first I had 2 concerns: the signal for the remote switch would interfere with the radio signal from the camera and whether the switch…

Remote control dead batteries, corroded connectors, poor workmanship

Two stars because I managed to get it to work but had to redo every component. Both remotes had dead and corroded batteries right out of the box. (There was no indication of the LED, so I opened it up to examine it.) There was also corrosion on the spring terminals, but they 'scraped' fine. Working in FOB I noticed that the rubber buttons seem to have been made incorrectly, there are three small indentations that usually hold the rubber buttons in place to allow the battery to be replaced…
