Review on Fire Files by Boss Spangler

It's simple to use! I like that it can be used as an open-source solution in smaller departments or more traditional companies who want something with less bells & whistles but still have great functionality available when needed. There are so many different options within this software - from data entry fields all the way down to being able to search through your own reports using keywords (which isn't always intuitive). The support team at JSI has been extremely helpful since we first started working together last year. Their responsiveness makes me feel comfortable having these discussions via email rather than going back and forth over phone calls which helps keep things confidential if necessary. We're solving problems related to our previous legacy record keeping systems by creating a one stop shop of sorts where employees can access their files while also allowing them easy uploads into other tools such as Excel/Google Sheets.
