It's simple to use! I like that it can be used as an open-source solution in smaller departments or more traditional companies who want something with less bells & whistles but still have great functionality available when needed. There are so many different options within this software - from data entry fields all the way down to being able to search through your own reports using keywords (which isn't always intuitive). I like how easy it was to navigate through all of my files with just one app! It saved me so much time when searching thru tons if folders looking fo certain documents or case numbers!! The only thing that i didn't really care about in this program were some features such as being able see which folder you last opened up from another file (ie- your search history).
