Would give 5 except gasket didn't fit, handle and screw were unthreaded. So, it's installed and looks fine, but without the gasket it rattles like a penny in a tin can. I want it to work the way it's supposed to. Update after leaving a message asking customer service to contact me to replace the gasket, heard nothing. Don't call, don't show! I understand they are busy and I'm a 2001 customer etc. It's fine, that's the way it is. I will be moving away from Go Rhino. Caveat Emptor
