Good size. Qualitatively packed. There was a broken plastic ring on the cable. I contacted support and they responded within a day offering to replace the cable but explaining that they are now removing the broken ring. Fortunately, this detail does not affect the use of the lamp. Has a beautiful amber shimmer. It's a lot brighter than expected. Real salt lamps have a soft glow. Hopefully this one is real and only has one bright lightbulb. Overall very happy with this product. I bought a very expensive one and there was a broken bulb in the box. Save money and hassle by choosing this one. I forgot to mention there is a 3 year warranty and great customer service!
