I have just received this item and it works well and accurately. When people say it's inaccurate, they don't understand that 98.6 is no longer the standard. I'm a nurse, and while a new "normal" temperature has yet to be established, we all know that most adults are in the 97 range or higher, and the elderly are in the 96 range. Children stay in the 99-100 range . I gave it 4 points because you can't clear memory, so I'm assuming that when you hit the max of 99 times you won't be able to save more temporary values.
