This product was used to replace a faulty part on a 2016 Chevy Sonic. It has worked as expected. Recommend you search for and watch the Youtube videos that show how to install the part. When research the problem with the car, I stumbled on information that indicates that this problem can be caused by topping off your gas tank. It might be a good idea to reconsider topping off your gas tank when getting gas as topping off seems cause problems with more vehicles than our Chevy Sonic. I can't rate reliability yet but as of now, I recommend this part.
