1.5 Inch 304 Stainless Steel Saddle U-Bolt Exhaust Muffler Clamp With Natural Finish For TOTALFLOW Performance Review

Was a little weary to buy this after reading a # of reviews saying the 2" wasn't 2". . but husband had no problems with this fitting on the muffler, that's the size he needed and it fit perfectly. just wanted to share what we used it on. We purchased a Walker Muffler for our Honda Pilot.

Got this to clamp on spark arrestor on my sand rail exhaust pipe. Stainless steel material does the job and price is reasonable.

I ordered the 1-1/2" size after asking how accurate the dimensions were, and being told they were accurate. The clamp has 1-1/2" stamped on it, but it's actually 1-11/16" for the flat portion, and 1-3/4" for the U-bolt. This is not suitable for a 1-1/2" pipe.

i used these clamps on my 73 mach 1s exhaust which is all stainless. the clamps match up nicely and wont rot like regular steel ones do. really good clamps.

Nice and heavy duty. I used these to attach a gate opener to a 14 foot chain link gate. Made an easy fix to attach the motor to the gate.

These 5 inch U bolts were nice to work with. I used them with a completely stainless exhaust system. I am looking forward to years and years of service without any attention necessary. I only wish the supply of U bolts was unlimited.

These were useless because 2" is actually 2-5/16". I ordered stainless because these were going on a restored tractor. I do not know how they can sell something completely sized wrong.

Happy to see a quality stainless material used on this product. My specific use for this item is a custom support for a grain mill motor. It not only fits the part but it looks right at home in my all stainless brewery.

So I'm using these U-bolts for a non-typical application. I installed them at the most vulnerable point of my ski tower on my boat. This is to reinforce it and keep it from snapping bolts at this weak point. I've had issues with lesser duty Pylons, so I wanted to go all out with this one. It's holding up great. I'm not concerned about any issues happening now. No issues with rust, so it's quality stainless steel.

I have the "2 inch" size. Between the threads it's actually 2.20. And the threads are METRIC, M10 x 1.5, with 16 mm nuts, which just happen to fit a 5/8 wrench real nice. So don't lose the nuts! I'm not using for a precision fit on an exhaust system, so these are just fine. Very robust.

Unfortunately, the threads were screwed up on this one, didn't see it prior to attempting to install. It's NOT that it was cross-threaded by me, after the failure of the item I noticed a slight irregularity in the threads that is hard to see unless you look at the threads very, very carefully. The other clamp by the same manufacturer. A shame, they make a nice product, just a failure to properly inspect thru their quality control management. ☹

This is a good quality saddle bolt, but buyer beware…. The threads on it are metric. If you’re like me and like to use a jam nut for locking it down, you’ll need a 10mm x 1.5 thread stainless steel nut. Other than that, no problem. I recommend.

needed a 2.25" and this was much cheaper than the ones I bought last time. But had to downsize 2" fits a 2.25 pipe. Quality looks as good as the other brand.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product, especially for the price. I’m using it for anchoring a basketball backboard to a metal pole and it appears to be doing exactly what I needed.

These are real 100% Stainless Steel. They are metric but work great. If you want something that will NOT rust then these are a good choice.

Awesome clamp. I bought this because I wanted a stainless steel clamp for my exhaust. Plus it was only a couple dollars more than a plain steel clamp at the local auto parts store.

Very nice clamp. I am using it for another application. i found that the clamps I received required a 10 mm nut not a 3/8. Not a big issue just went to parts house but took me awhile to figure it out as I had a lot of 3/8 nuts sitting around and it was driving me crazy trying to get them to work. Ended up being a 10mm x 1.50

These are heavy duty stainless saddle clamps. Had I known that they were 3/8in dia. I would not have purchased. The Pro's are that they are indeed non-magnetic stainless series and Heavy Duty. They would be great for Exhaust clamps as listed. The are good value for the price asked.Con's is that they are wider than the standard 1-1/2 clamp by 1/4in (standard is 1-3/4in center-to-center these are 2in center-to-center). This is a well made piece of equipment. Sturdy and well finished. The saddle took a nice buffed polish and looks great on my vehicle. all for the price of a hamburger.

Does the job well enough; good material and value. I didn't order enough so I had to go grab some from O'Reilly's and I found the O'Reilly's ones were -much- easier to torque down tight. Different thread pattern or u-bolt diameter maybe? Regardless, they did their job. Just required a little extra finesse to tighten up.
