Unfortunately, the threads were screwed up on this one, didn't see it prior to attempting to install. It's NOT that it was cross-threaded by me, after the failure of the item I noticed a slight irregularity in the threads that is hard to see unless you look at the threads very, very carefully. The other clamp by the same manufacturer. A shame, they make a nice product, just a failure to properly inspect thru their quality control management. ☹
- Fixed my problem and looked good doing it.Would definitely buy again if needed.
