Clip swivel broken after 7 weeks of use. My bag weighs just under 9 pounds and is the lightest bag I've ever carried, so I didn't do anything to break it. The shoulder pad is very soft, but not so soft that you can't feel the strap. Aside from the breakage, my biggest complaint is that the vinyl pad is so slippery that it keeps slipping off my shoulder. A soft rubber pad, like the one on my Hewlett Packard laptop sleeve, would be much better. I would happily pay $20 for another strap like this. But very disappointed with this volume.
