My wife 09 XB passenger door lock stopped working, changed in 15 minutes. Remove the door panel, disconnect the controls, remove the plastic damper, put some screws. Leave the window rail in place and the window UP, you will need to pull the bar towards the front of the wheel a little to get around it. It looks like you're going to break something, but it works. Don't worry about it too much. I almost pulled out the little triangular jar so maybe put a blanket down or tape it to your body to keep it from falling. That was really my only concern. Seriously, 15 minutes. Very easy. 30 days, no problem.
