I bought a bag for home use, just all first aid supplies keep and medical supplies in a safe place. Here's my two cents. Locks are terrible. Constantly clinging and hanging. Delimiters work pretty well, but deeply. and it can be difficult to get things from below. There is a lot of space in this bag. You can stuff a lot of things in it, just be organized. The main flap does not provide adequate access to the sides and sometimes requires a flashlight. Outer compartments have removable transparent inserts, which is very convenient. Again, lightning is bad. Overall, it serves a purpose for me. However, if I were an ER doctor, I would avoid this bag. Pulling things out of deep tight pockets would take too long, zippers would increase the critical time to access essential supplies, and even in a lighted room it can be difficult to see certain areas. I think it all depends on personal opinion. but I find this bag cheap. UPDATE: It has been two years since my original purchase and my opinion of this product has not changed. The opening flap is thin. Despite this, after several attempts to open it in a hurry, the items held by the straps on the lid broke. When I move with this bag, things move on me. Again, not the best choice for a first responder. but serves a purpose for me. If you are a healthcare professional, be sure to look for a higher quality product.
