They're not telling you that you can't stream almost all of your phone's content through a projector. Most popular streaming service apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. have some kind of lock that prevents you from doing so, but you can't watch all the home videos and YouTube videos you want. The only way to use these types of projectors is to buy a Roku flash drive or a Fire flash drive, connect it to your network, and then run your content on it. I sent mine back.
