Good workout bench: my feedback
So I upgraded from a Reebok Deck and this is a world of difference. I read a lot of reviews before buying this bench and I am glad I purchased it.Here is my use case:- I have a garage gym- I use Dumbbells and resistance bands- My dumbbells are adjustable up to 70lbs each and I bench about 60lbs each arm max right now. I also to inclines at 50lbs each arm.So far the bench has stood up quite nicely. I have no problems. The screw on pins are sturdy as long as you remember to keep them screwed in after adjusting to a new angle.Overall I think this is a great purchase for a home gym as long as you keep within the weigh restrictions of what this bench is cable of.
- The bench can be folded up and tucked away when not in use, which is great for small living spaces
- It may not be suitable for more advanced weightlifting routines
