I've used this product about 9-10 times before and haven't done so yet. This is an amazing product built with no assembly required. This hot press machine does a great job of hot pressing, but it still has its shortcomings. As soon as I opened the box there was a huge mess on my carpet. The heat press is packed in a box together with very weak styrofoam, which will cause the styrofoam to fall to the ground when you pull out the heat press and difficult to clean (when you buy and open it, open it on a wear-resistant floor, NOT). carpet) Styrofoam also sticks to the heat press machine (which I don't think is safe) so make sure all residue is removed. The heat press gets very hot, so keep away from children. Keep an eye on your heat press and never leave it unattended. The heat press uses a lot of energy and can blow fuses (in my experience). The biggest problem I had with MY heat press was the countdown timer not working on arrival. I have followed all the instructions but the timer on my heat press is not working. I make up for this by using my phone timer or kitchen timer but it's still disappointing to have a product like this that doesn't have full functionality, all in all I give it a 3.8/5
