I bought them because of the low price, good looks and needing another pair of slip-resistant shoes for working in the kitchen. The first 2 days they were great. However, by the end of the week, the outsole tread was smooth. Now there is oil or moisture on the floor and it's like slipping and sliding. Like flip flops on wet linoleum. Like baby oil on a water bed. They look good and are quite comfortable if you put in decent insoles, but they aren't durable. I would say less than 100 miles on regular pavement, tile floors and a bit of dry sandy mud before the tread was gone.
