It's easy to use interface makes it easier than ever before when dealing with your brand & trademark issues! Customer service has been fantastic as well!! The only downside is that I wish there was an option in which you could request assistance outside business hours (we're located overseas) - but we've gotten quite used too this by now so no biggie :) Great platform overall- very happy working through their helpdesk whenever my questions arise during our branding process or anything else related regarding brands/trademarks etc.- they are extremely quick at replying back within 24hrs most times.

Nothing really comes across negatively about them either if i'm honest :). They hold all relevant information pertaining towards domains / ownership transfer processes along side other important documents such us Trademark applications where applicable.
