I tried many ways and could not revive it at all. It's all on me I just bought $300 headphones that lasted just over 2 years. $150 a year for that shit. If you read the reviews, you'll notice a pattern here. Many people complain that one of the ear cups falls silent after a year or two. DO NOT BUY THIS. He's too broken. Too bad about Bose.
