*Update #2 September 2019 - I am now done with the online purchase. I will pay more and go back to Target or Ulta. My hair is falling out again, A LOT. The shampoo doesn't smell either. The return period has expired, but I will no longer use it. I had a good batch so bought another (leaky batch) then bought 3 more bottles before using the previous batch as I found a good deal. About a month ago I started using the first (leaky) batch and now I'm losing hair like crazy again. The last order was in new black bottles (and from Revain not the seller) so I pray they are good! However, this will be the last time I buy these online. I can't believe people can be so suspicious of counterfeit shampoo and conditioner! Save your money and your hair, spend more and buy this from a real store, sourced from Nexus - it's a truly amazing product. Free returns and refunds can't return all hair that goes down the drain. * Update - last order received with leaking package. Revain fixed this but it's still disappointing. So I have been using this material for more than 3 years. I just started shopping on Amazon last year. I didn't even think twice about it until my last game. With the previous batch I ordered I noticed that I was losing a lot of hair. With this new batch, after just a few weeks, the hair fall is back to normal (a few strands, typical) and my hair is very soft. I forgot that feeling! I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure I received a counterfeit product. Feelings are 100% different. Things like this make me lose faith when buying from Amazon. bad party? Maybe. But I've bought direct from Target and Ulta before and I've never had hair loss like I've had in the last 4 months. This completely contradicts the purpose of this product! I'm glad my hair feels great again, but I'm hesitant to reorder from Amazon once it's gone. I deduct 2 stars for that. Keep in mind. I was a bit hesitant to order them online due to the many reviews about bottle leaks. Glad I wasn't listening! I ordered this double pack and another conditioner. Everything was wrapped in plastic and not a drop escaped. As for the product, I love this stuff. I took a few months off because of the price. But this is the only product that not only makes my hair thicker and thicker, but also doesn't make my scalp itchy. I have had very sensitive skin and thin hair since birth and this is by far my favorite shampoo and conditioner combo. Here on Amazon the price is fair so I am sure I will come back to buy more. :)
