    Sulfide Color Strips

    While this shampoo seemed to add some volume to my fine, fine hair, over the course of two or three weeks the sulfides gradually bleached my hair. I used to have dark brown hair with light highlights. Now I'm a champagne blonde. I tried to paint it dark but at the moment it doesn't take color because it's very damaged. It will be many months before I can return to normal life. Terrible product!

    Good product, best hair care

    I love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. I have very hard water and it also makes my hair softer than the cheaper brands I've used in the past. The bottles always seem to arrive with a screw cap and some of the product leaks out, but not much. and they are boxed to prevent the mess from spreading to other items being shipped in the same order. In general very satisfied. :)

    It gives the hair a nice shine without making it greasy and has me .

    Didn't add volume to my hair, in fact my hair became flatter using this product. It gives the hair a nice shine without being greasy and gives my hair some bounce but not for long. I could probably find a cheaper shampoo and conditioner that does the same thing. It smells good too.

    The first thing that comes to mind is probably an angry employee

    When I received it today I noticed the plastic was open and the shampoo was leaking. I say they have a disgruntled employee. About a quarter of the bottle spilled. Perhaps the company should start installing cameras and testing them often.

    Fake Bottles!?

    *Update #2 September 2019 - I am now done with the online purchase. I will pay more and go back to Target or Ulta. My hair is falling out again, A LOT. The shampoo doesn't smell either. The return period has expired, but I will no longer use it. I had a good batch so bought another (leaky batch) then bought 3 more bottles before using the previous batch as I found a good deal. About a month ago I started using the first (leaky) batch and now I'm losing hair like crazy again. The last order was…

    I really liked it. Not only did I feel that this product gave my hair lightness, but my hair became soft and silky, which I did not expect. I recently ordered a clarifying (clear and clear?) shampoo and conditioner. Become a Nexxus customer now.
