Good bakeware.

Baking is much easier in these pans. I just wish they came with a lid. I've looked everywhere for lids for 2 lb pots and haven't found one that fits. So I stuck to wrapping them in serane wrap, which isn't great for styling. I also bake in 1 pound pans with lids and this works much better.
