This is a great band if you use it as intended. There are special situations where tape is the appropriate tape. For example, using it for photography to tape wires and wrap wires around lighting poles and background poles is just amazing. The masking tape is too weak, the tape leaves marks. The adhesive tape has the necessary adhesion and holding power and can be removed cleanly. See second photo with zero balance after 24 hours. These rolls are small enough to be carried around. They're the size of duct tape. As I started using them for a specific purpose, I found other uses for them. I don't let myself run out.
