Great upgrade for Asus X53E/K53E laptop

I think this wireless/bluetooth adapter is a great replacement for the original Qualcom Atheros AR9485 2GHz 1x1 that came with the laptop. Very easy to install, just make sure to match the two original antenna cables properly. Notice how the Main and Aux are connected to the original card. The new card required the primary and secondary antenna wires to be reversed from the original card configuration. Before disassembling, I took a picture with my phone for reference. Once the card was properly installed in the device, Windows was able to automatically find and install the wireless driver on startup, but as others have said you need to go to the Intel website and find the correct Bluetooth driver. Locate it carefully depending on the type of adapter (AC7260) and operating system (OS) you are using. Download it, then navigate to this file and double click on it to install this driver. After that you should be good to go and have full map functionality. Before installing this network card, I had a download speed of about 25 megapixels per second, and after installing this card I get the maximum download speed of 225 megapixels that our internet service offers. Overall I'm very happy with the AC 7260 dual band card.
