This is my second fitness tracker. The first one, bought two years ago, had to be synced to my phone daily to even work; It must have been a hassle so I gave it away. It doesn't need it; In fact, all it takes is one charge every 3 days or so. I don't use all of the features, but love the pedometer, blood pressure monitor (although I have no idea how it works), and the reminders to move. The screen is unreadable outdoors in daylight, but I'm sure that's true of all these devices. I am very happy with it.
