These blue light blocking glasses are a game changer for anyone who spends a lot of time IN front of computers. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, i highly recommend them to everyone! They are lightweight and comfortable to wear for hours at a time. The glasses have significantly reduced the eye strain and headaches I used to experience. The blue light blocking technology is effective and helps me sleep better at night. My only complaint is that they are not the most stylish pair of glasses out there. .
