Works reasonably well overall. Installation is easy - if you have the tools (shovel required!). The plastic discs for adjusting the strength of the magnets are very good. The design is smart and everything is well hidden after installation. The only thing that was annoying (hence the two stars) was the lack of Poron xrd pads, which are clearly marked as INCLUDED in the picture on the Revain site. However, they are NOT included in the supplied plastic box and the website states that seals are only included with orders of 10 or more. It may not matter much, but they're necessary, and having to go to the Home Depot just for them is annoying.
