I bought these a while ago but have only now gotten to the point where I need to replace the ink cartridges. I checked the product help and was asked to reinstall the cartridge(s) several times so the printer can read them and actually work. However, I did it again and again, restarted the printer and still couldn't read the ink cartridge. I will spend more money to buy them as you have to buy the current version as they don't work. So there are no savings. just wasted more time and money.
