They are comfortable to the touch and allow you to perform long, smooth movements without effort. It's easy and natural to vary the thickness of the line. I've found that a new pen right out of the box gives a line that doesn't start fading at around 15 inches and disappears at around 24 inches, which is good enough for pretty much anything I do with it. They don't last very long for a brush pen and start to fade after about a week of regular use. Luckily, they're fairly inexpensive, especially when bought in multi-packs like the 5-pack I'm reviewing. So if you get them and end up liking them, make sure they have enough for your needs!
