Bought to add a small collar for my cat. Needed a 3/8 inch diameter non-peeling collar for my house cat that didn't have chipped paint. I found a very attractive patterned dog collar, but it did not have a bell. My cat is young and enthusiastic and jumped down the hall behind me and almost knocked me out because I didn't hear him coming. I fixed it! One suggestion: bells on a regular wire ring attached to a quick connector. The bells snap onto the collar but they hang down a bit. My cat is fine as she is a LARGE cat but they can be a little long for a small cat.
