I would have given 5 stars but decided to give 4 stars just because I originally bought it for my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 but unfortunately the device was not compatible. I decided to try this on my 2003 Toyota Echo manual transmission and I'm glad I did! This little gem actually tells me mpg, oil temp and coolant temp (assuming your car has those sensors), luckily my Echo did, but it's not very specific to my dash. At $80 it's well worth the money, not only does it give you real-time estimates, but it's also a code reader and code eraser. As far as long-term reliability is concerned, it has yet to be determined. This little device doesn't weigh anything and the button you use on it isn't very strong. I'm willing to bet if you have it on your dash 24/7, it's only a matter of time before the sunlight makes the plastic brittle. At least the screen is normal.
