Bright, secure but difficult to turn on

I give 4 stars because it works great and does its job. However, my only complaint is that you have to twist the light to turn it on and turn it back to turn it off. That's what the little protrusions on the red part of the lantern are for, to keep your fingers on. Sometimes it's very difficult to turn and these combs hurt my fingers. Therefore, this light is NOT suitable for people with low muscle tone in their arms. But I only took one star off this one because it's bright when it's on and it's never fallen off my dog's collar when it's running.
