Best dressed! for my opinion
This was the most adorable patriotic outfit for my little girl for the 4th of July! I washed it before she wore it and the bow came off in the dryer, but I liked it better without it anyway. My Frenchie wore an XXL based on the recommended sizing (she's normally a medium). The quality was great, the shirt portion was good quality cotton and the skirt was polyester. She was comfortable in the outfit, no scratching or itching. So glad I made this purchase for her, it was a hit!
