Great payment processing platform but wish they'd add more payment options
I like how easy it makes creating orders, paying bills, reporting errors or problems. They've also released an easy to use mobile application that allows you to scan QR codes from your phone as well! - If they would release more payment options outside of credit card (and not just CC processing) this could make their product even better than what we have now.- You cannot create gift cards in any way other then using another vendor's system- Reporting costs are too high if there isn't enough volume- Customer support can be very slow at times when submitting issues/complaints.
Pros
- It is really simple for our staff members who do all day long transactions with clients so many questions get answered quickly by them instead having me field calls about payments etc.We were ableto integrate into Quickbooks seamlessly which helped us streamline payroll reports & tax filings easily without needing extra employees working overtime hours manually entering data every month.
