Works for pizza with flour crust, not as good for gluten-free
Perfect for smaller diameter pizzas in toaster ovens. Easy to clean, don't forget to use spray (e.g., Pam). Worked well with flour and cauliflower-based pizza crusts but for Diaya gluten free it's better to follow package instructions and place directly on grill, not on this pizza pan. Might work better for gluten free crusts if there were more or bigger holes. Would buy this again.
- Solid vented and fits a standard toaster oven
- The holes in the pan are not evenly spaced, creating inconsistent heat distribution
