When used with honor or Huawei phones, there is an animation that provides information on the charge when you take your ears out of the case. However, the phone must be unlocked in order for this to take place. You can change the noise reduction mode in the settings, but you can't see how much charge is left. If you want to see how much charge is left, you'll need to download the ai life application and watch it there. But it would be more convenient if the case had a charge level indicator on it, so that even without a phone it would be obvious that the case needs to be recharged. This would make it possible to use the case without a phone. If you want the earpiece to come out easily when you pull it out, you need to slightly push it away from you first. If you don't do this, you'll end up pulling the hell out of it. I am confident that you will not read the instructions before using the product, therefore this is not a drawback; rather, it is a feature that does not result in any sort of inconvenience.
