I wanted to make sure the temperature was right in my new little apartment. I have an oxygen machine that runs 24/7 and sits next to a wall thermometer that regulates temperature and air. I've also noticed that my bedroom is a lot cooler, which makes sense. I placed this thermometer in the exact spot of the wall thermometer and it never changes. always 77 degrees! I moved it to my bedroom. 77 degrees. I put it in my kitchen. 75 degrees! The thermostat reads 70 degrees and I set it to 70 to turn on the air and 70 to turn on the heat. Certainly a problem. I put it in front of an open window with an outside temperature of 72. No air. still 77 degrees registered! I'm so disappointed I read all the reviews and I really hate returning things. but i will return it.
