I love these climbing shoes! If you are new to rock climbing or thinking of doing rock climbing or indoor climbing then this is the perfect shoe for beginners. READ THIS PART FOR SIZE AND CONVENIENCE. So here is my experience with this shoe brand. When I ordered these shoes they felt like I was the wrong size. I am the same size as my normal street shoe size. Look, you gotta break in these bad boys. The rubber needs to flex and twist, because that's what you're going to do when you're climbing. You can adjust the laces to loosen the shoes and get a comfortable feel, but once you put them on they are amazing. I recommend that you use your normal shoe size and as you progress you may want to go half a size down or up if your feet hurt after wearing them. It took about 3 weeks for my boots to loosen up and get that super comfy feeling. I wore them 15 minutes a day, walked in them, bent them, IT HELPS YOU BREAK. I have now found that I may need to go down a half size as my shoes have come loose and I feel like my foot is slipping in the shoe. 100% would buy again, you won't be disappointed
