When I put it on for the first time, the sound seemed terrible, but you need to find the right ear pads. I took the biggest ones and started playing. In general, it's just a good smooth sound, pleasant. The color is neutral, without accents on any one part of the range. Play almost like CX300-II, ie. modest bass, smooth mids and no noisy highs. If you want bass, a wide stage or detailed highs, then look elsewhere. There is a model with AptX support, but this will only benefit when working with a PC, because. on Windows does not support AAC. I personally don’t hear the difference between AAC, AptX and LDAC absolutely, so I decided not to overpay. Bought on sale for 1500. For the money you won't find anything better.
