Don't be fooled by "free refills”. You have to pay for shipping and handling, but fees apply. Given that refills come in pouches rather than bottles, I can't justify $22 for 20 pouches that probably weigh no more than a pound. They also don't have a huge range of condiments to use every day and if you put in your own favorites they don't sell blank labels or anything to write on the jar so it doesn't look ugly.
