It is great!
I just love this protein! Gentle on my stomach, no bloating, no cramps, no pain.! Tastes great and mixes well. I use almond milk instead of water. I hate it lol I'm concerned about having stevia in it but it's ok it keeps the calorie count down. I know everyone has issues with silica and doesn't really understand what it is for. Let me calm your nerves and any reservations and let you know that silicon has been tested and is easily eliminated from the body, the purpose of it in the product is that it is a release agent.
