This storage box was easy to hang on the wall. It can be hung by one person. It feels really solid. Overall, I love it. I love that the mirror doesn’t have a frame on the front. You don’t lose precious inches on the mirror. I compared this jewelry storage mirror to several others before purchasing. I still believe this one best served my purposes, but there are some improvements I would like to see.1. Make the entire cabinet a little taller and wider.2. More vertical space between earring rows for dangly earrings.3. More vertical space between necklace rows for longer necklaces4. Take away a couple of ring rows to make space for stud earrings. I ended up putting the studs in the ring holes5. Since I intended for this to only hold jewelry, I didn’t need the shelves. I hung up necklace drops and bracelets by using safety pins above the shelves. Not ideal, but it worked.6. A second row of lights half-way down inside of the the box.7. The felt on the inside of the door needs to be at least as wide as the shelves. The last hook hangs above the wood trim, so the necklaces bang against the wood making a lot of noise.8. I hung the box level, but if you aren’t holding the door, it shuts on its own. It would be nice if you could push it open to a particular point where it would stay open like a soft-close kitchen door.Again, this is the best jewelry box I’ve come across that didn’t cost $1,000. I highly recommend it and would purchase it again.
