The course is very informative, easy to follow with excellent examples of how things are done in different industries as well as some unique tips that I have not seen elsewhere! It's also been great having access from home during this time where everything seems so uncertain right now (and it would be nice if we could all work remotely!).

We've learned about several new tools/platforms which will help us reach our target audience more effectively - thanks again!! Nothing really comes across negatively here either but maybe you should consider expanding into other areas like marketing or sales? Maybe even adding an area dedicated solely towards those topics instead?? This has helped me understand my own brand better than ever before through creating content around what people want most out their experience when they're looking at your products / services etc., then making sure these points come up throughout each piece created by myself AND using third.
